My family and I were getting ready to hire a builder to construct our dream home in 2019 when he introduced us to Josh Collins with Adapt Design, and are we ever glad he did. He broke down the once daunting process of dealing with free hold strata requirements as well as the city into simple, easy to follow steps, and was available to talk us through it every step of the way.
